1. Definitions

• “Coach” refers to a professional leadership coach listed on the Website.

• “Client” or “User” refers to an individual or business using the Website to find or engage with Coaches.

• “Services” refers to the features offered through the Website, including directory listings, consultations, and professional networking.

2. User Eligibility

By using the Website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• You will provide accurate and truthful information in any registrations or transactions.

• You will not use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violate these Terms.

3. Membership Eligibility and Requirements (For Coaches)

• Membership is exclusively available to coaches holding an active International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential (ACC, PCC, MCC).

• We verify all ICF accreditations prior to membership approval.

• If your ICF credential expires during your annual membership, you have a 60-day grace period, per ICF standards, to reactivate your credential.

• If you fail to reactivate your ICF credential within the 60-day grace period, we reserve the right to deactivate your profile listing without a refund of membership dues.

• An expired ICF certification is not cause for a refund; however, your membership will be canceled after the 60-day grace period.

• Your profile will remain on file for potential reactivation upon renewal of your ICF credential.

• Because we limit membership to no more than 10% of all active ICF credentialed coaches, if your accreditation expires while we maintain a waiting list, you will lose your membership status and must rejoin the waiting list upon credential renewal.

4. Services Provided

Leadership Coach Directory connects Coaches with Clients. We do not provide direct coaching services. The Website acts as a listing and networking platform but does not:

• Endorse or verify any Coach beyond confirming their active ICF credential.

• Guarantee the quality, outcome, or effectiveness of coaching services.

• Act as an employer, agent, or representative of any Coach or Client.

Use of the Website is at your own risk. We recommend conducting your own due diligence before engaging a Coach.

5. Account Registration & Security

• Coaches must create an account to be listed in the directory.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

6. Payment & Subscription Fees (For Coaches)

• All memberships are annual, and fees are non-refundable.

• Payment plans are available via Stripe or PayPal.

• Memberships are automatically renewed unless otherwise notified by emailing us at su*****@**********************ry.com prior to the renewal date.

• Memberships are locked in and non-refundable for 12 months, regardless of your payment plan.

• If your membership is canceled, it will not be renewed after the 12-month period.

• Your account and coaching profile will remain active for the full duration of your membership, assuming your ICF certification is in good standing.

• Members with the annual payment plan will have priority access to the directory when the membership cap is reached.

• Members with the monthly payment plan may be moved to the waitlist after their initial 12-month membership ends if the cap is in effect.

7. Code of Conduct

By using the Website, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Use the Website to harass, intimidate, or discriminate against others.

• Copy, reproduce, or scrape Website content for commercial purposes without permission.

• Use the Website for unauthorized advertising or solicitation.

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any U.S. laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts if we determine a violation of this policy.

8. Coaching & Mental Health Disclaimer

• Leadership Coach Directory does not provide therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

• Coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health services.

• If you require mental health support, consult a licensed professional.

• Coaches do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and must maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

9. Use of Coach Content for Marketing

By submitting content to your coach profile, including but not limited to text, photos, logos, testimonials, videos, or other media, you grant Leadership Coach Directory the right to:

• Use your submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes to help attract leads to your profile and increase traffic to the website.

• Feature your name, image, and professional information in blog articles, paid advertisements, emails, website highlights, and posts across platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Edit, crop, or otherwise format submitted photos or content for display and promotional purposes without materially altering the substance.

You retain ownership of your content but agree that we are not responsible for any misuse by third parties once such content is made public.

10. User-Generated Content

Users may post or submit content (e.g., profiles, testimonials, comments). By submitting content, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.

• The right to moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadership Coach Directory is not liable for:

• Disputes between Clients and Coaches.

• Any damages or losses resulting from coaching relationships.

• Website downtime, errors, or security breaches.

• Inaccuracies in Coach listings or content.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription (if applicable).

12. Third-Party Links

• The Website may contain links to third-party sites for informational purposes.

• We do not endorse or control third-party content and are not responsible for their privacy policies or terms.

• Use third-party sites at your own risk.

13. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines data collection, use, and protection practices. By using the Website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

14. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to:
