I’m Heather, founder of WiseUp Coaching & Consulting. For over 20 years, I’ve helped individuals and companies in STEM and other industries reach their potential. My client’s come to me when they want clarity, confidence, and a clear direction forward.

My coaching approach is embedded in the science of Industrial-Organizational Psychology (aka workplace psychology) and Positive Psychology. I believe in my clients’ ability to achieve a stronger sense of awareness and efficacy with valid, meaningful evaluations and the right tools.
