Geoff Watson, PCC, Leading from Emotional Intelligence
Combining my professional coaching and corporate leadership expertise, I work with executives and professionals ranging from young managers, through hi-potentials, to C-Suite, helping them develop the skillsets to master the challenges they face in fulfilling their potential and delivering added value to their business and lives.
A masters graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science, I started in marketing, and across 30+ years experience in major international companies (Beecham Group, Spinneys – Inchcape, Nestlé Group), in both operational and strategic leadership roles, I worked my way up through general management to Managing Director and ultimately Regional Vice President.
Working and living across 3 continents, I have led and re-engineered businesses in diverse disciplines and cultures and built and inspired great teams. In part, this involved coaching middle and senior executives to greater performance as well as developing young leaders to assume top roles.
I have been practising as a professional coach since 2013. I am PCC-certified (Professional Certified Coach) accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
I hold certification as an EQ-i practitioner and also with Emotions and Behaviours at Work (EBW).
