In my coaching I focus on the person not on the topic, and this is what my clients appreciate most: my flexibility to take them exactly how they are and where they are at with their topics and bring them with depth and lightness, humour and focus towards their objectives. They leave each session enriched with new self-awareness, insights, tips and tricks and with more clarity on at least one action they can take.

My coaching is infused by 20+ years leadership experiences, business development, strategy, sales and marketing in Europe, USA, South America and Asia in the consumer and solar industries. At the peak of my career, I was board member for sales and marcom and co-founded a consultancy in the field of solar energy in Singapore.

As a french born, I lived in Germany, US, Argentina, Hongkong and Singapore.

I bring unique coaching methods such as Leadership Embodiment, emotional intelligence and non verbal communication. I have now coached over 1.000+ leaders worldwide with 3.000+ hours of individual coaching and 1.000+ hs of co-development, group coaching, leadership development programs and design thinking hackathons. I am certified as MCC (Master Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation) integral, leadership embodiment and action learning group coach. I also hold a MBA in Economics.

I live in Berlin, Germany and in the french Alps nearby Geneva. Through my daily mediation practice as well as being a lot in nature with skiing, mountaineering, hiking, biking and travelling, I get a lot of creative and intuitive presence for my work and clients.
