A self-described Spacemaker, Dr. Carylynn (Cary) Kemp Larson creates space for leaders, teams, and organizations to thrive. Known for her insight, warmth, and pragmatic candor, she has coached 2,500+ hours with senior leaders across the public and private sectors—including Johnson & Johnson, eBay, Honda, and the Department of Defense. Cary holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, teaches at American University, and is the author of two coaching books. She’s also a nonprofit founder, keynote speaker, and passionate advocate for healing, high-performing teams, and whole-person leadership.
