My journey as a Global Citizen began in high school in 1980s West Berlin and continued through volunteer work in Costa Rica, leading community projects in Belize, serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Thailand, and teaching in Mexico City and Turkey. These diverse experiences have equipped me to help leaders thrive in dynamic, unfamiliar environments. Now based in Japan, I use these insights to guide clients to lead with confidence and adaptability in an interconnected world.
I hold the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential, reflecting my commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.
