Additional Membership Details
Memberships are locked in and non-refundable for 12 months, regardless of your payment plan. If your membership is canceled, it will not be renewed after the 12-month period. Your account and coaching profile will remain active for the full duration of your membership (if your ICF certification is in good standing).
Memberships are capped at 10% of active ICF coaches worldwide. Members with the annual payment plan will have priority access to this shortlist when the membership cap is reached, ensuring continued access to the platform. Members with the monthly payment plan may be moved to the waitlist after their initial membership ends if the membership cap is in effect.
All members must have an active ACC, PCC, or MCC certification in order to join and be listed on Leadership coach Directory. If a coach’s ICF certification expires, their listing will remain active through a 60 day grace-period, after which the listing will no longer be live or searchable. An expired ICF certification is not cause for a refund, however your membership will be canceled after the 60-day grace period.
