Coach Spotlight: Jennifer Bubleit, ACC, Coaching for Leaders and Teams
For Jennifer Bubleit, ACC, coaching is about unlocking potential and creating space for transformation, both for individuals and teams. With a background that spans social work, restaurant management, and now professional coaching, Jennifer brings a grounded, results-driven approach shaped by real-world experience and a deep belief in people’s ability to grow. She specializes in coaching for leaders and teams, helping them build confidence, clarity, and cohesion to thrive.
From Social Work to Coaching Leaders
Jennifer’s coaching journey began in her first career as a social worker, where she quickly realized that her role often went beyond solving immediate social issues. She was helping people push through barriers, discover their own paths, and move forward despite challenges. Later, while managing restaurants, she saw firsthand how a lack of leadership training could hold back both individuals and organizations. Inspired, she made it her mission to build strong, confident leaders, and the results spoke for themselves.
That clarity eventually led Jennifer to establish her coaching practice, where she now works with motivated individuals and organizations seeking coaching for leaders and teams who want to step into their full potential.
Helping Clients Unlearn Limiting Beliefs
One of the most common misconceptions Jennifer helps clients unlearn is the idea that obstacles are fixed and external. She knows from personal experience that many limitations are self-made or reinforced by others’ expectations. Now, she helps her clients do the same, challenging assumptions and opening doors to new possibilities.
“If you believe people who tell you what your limitations are, you can never grow.”
– Jennifer Bubleit, ACC
A Breakthrough That Defines Coaching
Jennifer recalls one client who felt stuck in every area of life: unhappy at work, isolated from family and friends, and living in a space that limited her. At risk of losing her job, the client described all the reasons she couldn’t move forward. Through coaching, she had an emotional realization: she could take back her power and start building a life she wanted. Soon after, she found a new job closer to family, moved into a new apartment, reconnected socially, and began prioritizing her health. “I’m literally building the life I want, one step at a time,” the client shared. For Jennifer, this transformation captured the heart of why coaching for leaders and teams is so powerful, when people reclaim agency, change is possible.
A Philosophy of Continuous Growth
Jennifer’s personal philosophy is simple: keep growing. Curiosity drives her forward, and she believes coaches must continuously strengthen themselves to serve others well. After every coaching session, she reflects with honesty and self-awareness, ensuring her practice evolves alongside her clients’ journeys.
Her dedication is also reflected in her International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential. “I worked very hard to get the ICF certification and I wear the pin like a badge of honor,” she says. For Jennifer, the certification is not just a credential but a commitment to professional standards and lifelong learning.
Coaching Teams to Thrive Together
While Jennifer loves working with individuals, she has a particular passion for team coaching. She believes coaching for leaders and teams can transform organizations by fostering trust, motivation, and collaboration. Guiding groups through challenges, helping them build cohesion, and supporting them in achieving shared goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of her practice.
