About:

As a young girl, I was already fascinated by the variety of personalities. It is my mission to support top managers in their growth as leaders. I translate insights from psychology into practical tools in working with people. As a coach, I help you to get the best out of yourself and your team. I have a vast international experience and started my career as an academic tutor in the U.K. After a few years as an international market research project leader, I moved into HR consulting and worked in Belgium, U.K., India, Germany. In 2000 I led the project team responsible for the launch of an international HR consultancy in Shanghai, China. In 2003 I took the position of HR Business Partner for a large HR consulting company and was promoted after a few years to a senior leadership position as HR Talent Manager. I started up my own talent management company in 2010, with a focus on executive assessment, coaching and training. I make effective use of my psychological training and career experience to work sensitively and responsively with my clients on career plans that enable them to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Countless clients of mine can testify to the effectiveness and attentiveness of my personal approach, which they describe as inspirational and motivational, yet at the same time down-to-earth and supportive.
