I work with both individuals and teams at all levels of the organization including VP’s, Sr. Directors, and front line managers and I have worked with clients in numerous industries including Defense, Education, Banking, Government and others. Prior to starting my own business, I garnered 20 years of experience working in various departments of a defense company, including Information Technology, Finance, and Communications. I created and executed a competitive nine-month leadership development program which supported organizational succession planning.
