I’ve been coaching since 2010 and have coaching experience in entertainment, technology, healthcare, corporate, government, and education. My clients are global and hail from North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. I’ve helped leaders learn how to think more strategically; build emotional intelligence skills; effectively manage change and navigate uncertainty; develop effective leadership skills through strengths-building; and improve stress management and design a lifestyle of work-life harmony aligned by priorities and values. I work with C-suite executives, VPs, Directors, new and emerging leaders, and high-potential individuals to achieve purpose, clarity, capability, and inclusive leadership. I’m an ICF Professional Certified Coach, Gold Certified Red Team Coach, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and Certified Evidence-Based Coach. I have Foundational and Relational Certifications in Emotional Intelligence and hold a Doctor of Social Work degree in Social Change and Innovation from the University of Southern California. I’m also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my comprehensive understanding of human behavior and systems thinking brings an interesting edge to my work as a coach. Prior to social work, I worked in film production, which taught me not to overlook the power of leadership narratives and storytelling. I am a published author who has contributed to one book and has written six articles for Forbes. I’m currently working on my first solely authored book and I publish a weekly email newsletter, Three-Minute Momentum: Feel Deeply, Think Critically, Lead Powerfully. For me, success is measured by my ability to give back. Under the Biden Administration for the U.S. Government Accountability Office, I served pro bono as a subject matter specialist. I helped to update their leading practices on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility for the federal workforce. As part of the Organization Development Network’s Social Impact Committee, I headed a global team for a project to help a public benefit organization with improving stakeholder engagement. Additionally, I was a pro bono executive coach for the Los Angeles LGBT Center. I am the proud spouse of a USMC service-disabled veteran. We have two children, a dog, and a cat. I love to read and am an avid collector of authentic antique or vintage Asian art (particularly Thai), musical instruments, archery, and swords.
