I combine more than 30 years of international business leadership with deep executive coaching expertise to help CEOs and senior leaders navigate the complex challenges that accompany increased responsibility, organisational change and high-stakes decision-making. Before becoming a coach, I held senior leadership roles across multinational, high-growth and private equity-backed technology businesses, including Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer positions. Having led strategy, operations, business transformation and international teams, I understand first-hand the realities of executive leadership and the demands placed on today’s senior leaders. As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), with an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, I bring both commercial insight and evidence-based coaching to my work. I have completed more than 5,500 hours of executive coaching, supporting over 700 senior leaders across a broad range of industries, cultures and international organisations. My clients typically seek my support when they are stepping into larger leadership roles, leading organisational change, managing complex stakeholder relationships, navigating board dynamics or considering the next stage of their leadership journey. I provide a confidential space where leaders can think clearly, challenge assumptions, test ideas and develop the judgement needed to make confident decisions.
