After international studies in business administration in Germany, France and the USA and subsequent doctorate at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland, I was initially deputy head of a chair for human resources management. This was followed by a total of almost nine years in a global management consultancy with projects in various European countries and globally networked teams. During this time, I was able to experience in different countries what it means to combine work and career. In 2014 I started my coaching training, which I completed in 2015 as a qualified systemic coach. In 2017, further training to become an Executive Coach (EBS) followed. In 2022 I received the Solution-Focused Coach Diploma from Erickson Coaching International. Since 2019 I have been a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the largest worldwide association of coaches, where I have been accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) since March 2022. I am also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). ​ Since I not only challenge my clients, but also myself, I continue to educate myself. Further training to become a Certified Health Coach is planned for 2023.
