Over the past eight years, Haseeb has coached and supported neurodivergent professionals, and leaders across six continents and 17 countries. His mission is to create a world where different ways of thinking are recognized as strategic strengths, enabling both organizations and neurodivergent professionals to thrive together. He helps leaders move beyond awareness and theory and helps equip managers and employees to navigate the opportunities and complexities of neurodiversity in the workplace. Beyond coaching, Haseeb brings extensive experience delivering complex, high impact projects across engineering, sustainability, and international development. He has served as a trusted technical partner to organizations including UNHCR, the World Bank, IOM, GIZ, and UNICEF, designing future ready, compliant energy solutions for the public sector. Services:

I work with individuals, teams, organisations, educational institutions and private clinics through online, hybrid, and in person coaching, facilitating workshops, and speaking engagements across Australia and internationally.

My Services include:

1) Individual Coaching Partnership
Minimum engagement: 3 months
Includes one private coaching session each week

2) Neuroinclusive Workplace Redesign
I define neuroinclusive workplace redesigning as the intentional redesign of a workplace’s systems, spaces, policies, communication, and management practices so people with different thinking, attention, learning, sensory, and communication styles can perform well without having to fight the environment first. It moves beyond one off adjustments for individuals and instead builds support, flexibility, and clarity into the workplace by default.

3) Individual Intensive Coaching Session
A focused 60 minute coaching session for individuals seeking clarity, problem solving, or support with a specific challenge.
To maximise the value of our time together, you may choose a pre session email exchange to identify priorities and desired outcomes.
This option is ideal for addressing a single issue, or experiencing coaching before committing to a longer engagement.

Please note: While a single session can generate valuable insight and immediate momentum, meaningful long term behavioural change is most effectively achieved through an ongoing coaching partnership.

4) Workshop Facilitation
Workshops will be tailored to your audience and organisational objectives and are available in online, hybrid, and in person formats.
