My passion is to enable individuals and small organisations flourish. I support people find clarity and focus to achieve personal and professional fulfilment. I also support civil society leaders, who often take great personal and psychological risks; gain peace of mind, inner strength, and sustain the drive for their external work to flourish. Having worked around the world on processes of change and on conflict transformation, I now focus on three areas of expertise: conflict, cross-cultural communication, and personal and organisational development. I provide both support and capacity building. For example: mentoring, coaching, brainstorming, problem solving, coaching, research and analysis, facilitation, and training. I am also an accredited mediator. I have been privileged to work with a variety of organisations and people in the public, not for profit and private sectors, from top leadership to grassroots communities. Conceptually, I draw from organisational development and conflict transformation knowledge and tools. My strengths lie in nurturing self-reflection, enabling people to tap on their own resources to discern options and develop strategies, skills, and tools for them to be at their best. I have a gift for synthesis and making connections between seemingly unrelated aspects. I am highly practical and strategic as well as naturally understated and uncomfortable in talking about myself.
