Starting as a Runner in the 90s, I worked on 25+ films as a digital artist, then moved into leadership, eventually becoming Global Head of Department at a multi-Oscar-winning company, overseeing 500 artists across UK, Canada and India. And as the only female Global HOD, I brought a perspective to the senior leadership table that hadn’t been there before. I know this world from the inside out. Which means you won’t spend your sessions explaining the pressure as we’ll have a shorthand – instead, getting straight to what matters most. Training as a Business and Personal Coach in 2020, I left my six-figure role to Coach because I believed – and still do – that you don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room to lead well. Since then I’ve worked with 80+ clients across 13 countries, with a 100% recommendation rate.
