About Me: Hello, I’m Amanda — a coach, a coach developer, facilitator, trainer AND a champion for neurodivergent leaders and their organisations that want to ensure they excel. I’m passionate about co-creating environments where people feel included, understood, and supported. I believe that through such environments, transformation can be sparked and nurtured, and perspectives and insights can flourish. When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me walking with a coffee, drawing (with charcoal), or dancing like no one’s watching. About My Spaces: My passion is co-creating environments—inside and outside the coaching space—where people can stand in their integrity and catalyse change from within, shifting mindsets and culture, and more importantly their lives. I work with neurotypical and neurodivergent leaders and professionals to: – Regain their sense of control and trust in themselves, especially in places that may make that tricky – Find their way through complex systems without having to hide who they are or end up exhausted – Change those systems, rather than squeezing themselves to ‘fit’ – Notice the blind spots that can prevent true inclusion from happening My Approach: My approach centres on catalysing lasting change that emerges organically from within. I believe that when people re-connect with who they are and their true capabilities, they naturally create positive ripples throughout their organisations/communities. Whether working with individuals or groups, my focus remains constant: empowering people to reconnect with themselves in the hope it brings lightness and more acceptance which in turn creates positive shifts that benefit both themselves and their communities. I’ve partnered with some incredible individuals and organisations from NHS to BP. Luxury car brands to London Business School. London “Blue Lights” Services to emerging founders (to name a few). And, regardless with whom I partner, my focus is always on the human: supporting us to discover fresh confidence, a sense of belonging, and direction.
