My specialist areas are Executive and Business Coaching, Career Coaching and Training and Facilitation. I have over 33 years industry experience, 25 years of those as a business, people and technical manager with Intel Ireland Ltd. I coached internally in Intel for 20 of those 25 years. I bring my extensive multi-national business management experience to my Executive and Business coaching. I also built a business within a business in Intel, so I am very familiar with the challenges of the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). I left Intel in 2016 and trained formally as a Business and Personal coach with the Irish LifeCoach Institute (ILI) which is an ICF approved coach training organization based in Dublin, Ireland.As an Executive and Business coach I work with all levels across organisations from individual contributors to senior managers, managing directors and C-suite, focusing on coaching for development and coaching for performance. I have extensive experience in recruitment, interviewing and hiring. I am a career transition specialist associate in Ireland and also work internationally with a well known service provider. I am an experienced facilitator and trainer. I regularly facilitate events such as team feedback sessions, strategic planning days and bespoke workshops. I am an approved trainer with several organizations and deliver training on a regular basis in conjunction with South Dublin Chamber of commerce and South Dublin Local Enterprise Office and private companies.My academic qualifications and relevant credentials are outlined below.
