I hold a PCC from the ICF and a Transformative Futures Coaching Certification from Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation. I have mor than 900 hours of coaching experience.
My background includes non-profit leadership, community organizing, music and arts. I am finishing a Master’s degree in Culture and Communication with a focus on narrative strategy and Trends analysis in social issues and campaigns.

Introductory coaching session

This 45 minute complimentary session allows us both to assess coaching fit. We'll talk about your coaching goals, answer any questions you have, create our coaching container, and do a short mini-coaching session. If we both feel a good fit, we'll set up logistics for a coaching engagement.
Coaching Session
$200.00
A 55-minute coaching session. You set the agenda by bringing the topic you want to focus on in the session. I'll guide the conversation, asking curious questions or leading exercises to allow you to consider more perspectives, root in your needs and values, and find new insights about how to approach the situation. I'll offer you homework to implement those insights into action towards your goals.
