She trained as a coach in 2021 with International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Barefoot Coaching; and has 15 years experience leading teams in local, national and international not-for-profit and public sector organisations including the UK Labour Party, Save the Children and The Financial Ombudsman Service.
